BASUYAU Metal Solutions is a company with over 50 years of experience, specializing in laser cutting, plasma cutting, and oxycutting of all steel grades. It primarily serves constructors, boilermakers, mechanics, metal framework professionals, and blacksmiths. Since November 2011, it has invested in an automatic shot blasting machine to offer a new plate or part shot blasting service. In January 2013, it obtained ISO 9001 certification. In February 2017, a new investment was made: a 5 KW laser cutting machine. In September 2017, BASUYAU OXYCOUPAGE adopted a new trade name, BASUYAU METAL SOLUTIONS, encompassing all production and service means. In June 2018, a BYSTRONIC XPERT 320/4100 press brake was acquired, enabling the provision of a new bending service. Short lead times are guaranteed thanks to our large stock of over 1500 tonnes, with thicknesses up to 260 mm. This stock includes common steels: S235 JR, S355JR, S355JO, S355J2, as well as specific steels: boiler steels P265GH, P275NL1, P355NL1, abrasion-resistant steels 400HB, high yield strength steels S690QL, alloyed steels 25CRMo4, stainless steel, and aluminum. Repairs, small and large series are feasible thanks to our machine park ranging from 3 to 7 meters wide. Our capabilities allow us to cut thicknesses from 0.5 to 260 mm, with unit weights up to 25 tonnes. We emphasize quality and traceability of produced parts through our internal software. Each part is identified and collated according to the client's specific needs. Additionally, we offer services such as bending or painting. For this, we select serious and high-quality partners. To ensure daily delivery, regardless of the destination, we use multiple carriers.
