We only use the finest, seasonal ingredients from local suppliers and use fresh herbs where required to keep our recipes at their most delicious. We work closely with our local butcher to ensure the meat is fresh & good quality which is reflected in the taste. We have carefully chosen our packaging and encourage you to reuse where possible otherwise recycle.
