Our firm has an Investment Executive team that has served the micro cap/ small-cap markets for a combined 40+ years. Our team brings a unique skill set and experience in understanding what and why investors are attracted to new investment opportunities. They have had extensive experience as retail and institutional investors themselves, in capacities as institutional equity sales, portfolio managers, and “buyside” equity analysts. This background and firsthand experience makes us uniquely qualified to help companies gain the attention of the investment community. We know what these investors look for and what gets them interested in companies, having been on both sides of the capital markets (the sell-side and the buy-side), thus allowing us to quickly identify where to start with directing and exposing a company to the capital markets in order to attain the highest and most appropriate valuation.
