Windward Group contracted the personal services of Clyde Sanadi from 1996 to 1999 to Concord Corporation, a sell-side M&A firm in Boston, that advised private technology vendors in $200M in transactions with public acquirers and private equity firms during this time. M&A clients included newspaper circulation, real-time data-driven graphics, process control middleware, mobile data terminal, oil-well pump optimization, Oracle EDI, warehouse logistics, order management, production scheduling, network management, desktop Y2K, enterprise back-up, fiber optics vendors. Concord shared space and people with Press Access, a media/industry analyst research firm that provided intelligent automation solutions to IT vendors/PR agencies. Lexis-Nexis acquired Press Access in 2000.
