Black Diamond Group was established in 2018 by John and Erin Murphy. Our strategy is centered around acquiring under-performing real estate assets and adding value for the residents and investors involved in each and every property. We began our acquisition journey in January of 2017 and have built a portfolio of over 16 units which are closely managed by our team. No problem is too big or small. Our philosophy is to add value in every way possible, whether it is addressing a minor leak or reinforcing a basement, we take pride in our properties and want them to be a place that anyone would want to call home. We partner with some incredible individuals with decades of experience in the multi family space and many other facets of the real estate market. There is no property too big for us to take down and no problem that we cannot tap into resources to get resolved.
