Sapiens supports people in intense jobs to enhance performance and reduce stress (e.g., chronic stress by -22% after 6 months as measured by hair cortisol analysis with a group of consultants). We offer stress & health diagnostics, team workshops on energy management, 1:1 coaching and expert support on 5 areas: Recovery/Sleep, Self-Regulation, Calendar Management, Nutrition and Exercise. While we are a performance company, we aren’t pushing relentless self-optimization. Instead, we have experienced that there is road to sustainable human performance which leads through body literacy and synchronizing with ones biology (vs. working against it).
