We are a non-profit company operating as part of Tyneside and Northumberland Mind, so although in our infancy, we have over 20 years of experience, support and research from the specialists at Mind the leading mental health charity in England and Wales. Our mission is to create and embed a culture of Workplace Wellbeing for our clients and leave your company in a better position by making it a healthier, happier workplace, with employees who are fulfilled and engaged and able to thrive at work.
We offer this support through consultancy, training, mental health first aid programmes, manager support and awareness training for everyone in the organisation, aligning everything we deliver to support and complement the great work that you are already doing.
We can also offer specialist training in mental health and have an agile approach to our delivery working across a diverse range of sectors and organisation size and type. If you have a strong CSR and social wellbeing focus in your organisation, we can support this through our collaboration with Tyneside and Northumberland Mind.
