Event Management -End to end planning and delivery of Beach Volleyball Tours and events. -Production of event guidelines, players handbook and code of conduct. -Liaison with event promoters, local councils and dignitaries. -Marketing, sponsorship, funding and activation. -Recruiting staff and volunteers. Operations Management -Site planning, building, maintaining and dismantling in coordination with local councils, contractors, film crews and sponsors. -Procurement, maintenance and transportation of equipment. -Full knowledge of FIVB regulations and requirements. -Expert in Funtec and Senoh net systems. -Experience in man made and natural beaches as well as custom builds. Tournament Management -Staff and volunteer management. -Managing functional areas including competition, results, media, officials, athlete & VIP services, merchandise, presentation, branding. Media Production Management -Working with production crews to produce events into a live TV showcase. -Managing presenters, DJs, commentators, crowd entertainment, athletes and officials, all to a strict on-air schedule and in perfect English. -An eye for detail with a wide knowledge of what works for beach volleyball and the integration of both the live and the broadcast talent. -Access to the best and most experienced beach volleyball presentation talent in the world.
