Beaches Therapy Group is a team of heart-led, highly trained therapists offering inclusive, evidence-based mental health care in Toronto and across Ontario. With over 50 clinicians across four locations: The Beaches, Leslieville, Midtown, and virtually, we help individuals, couples, children, teens, and families navigate anxiety, trauma, identity, relationships, burnout, and everything in between.
