Bearspace Studio

We are an interior design studio with an emphasis on the marriage of creativity, imagination and functionality in both commercial and residential spaces. We endeavour to collaborate and connect with our clients to create spaces as unique as them. Our approach is personal, passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated to all our clients’ needs, on all levels of design. Our team is led by Julia Tamatea, an experienced interior designer with international experience in five star hotels (brand and boutique), cruise liners, high end corporate workspaces and residential projects. Our complete design services ranges from schematic planning, concept, design development/documentations, construction through to completion and installations. Through careful project management of our designs we will ensure the project is efficient, transparent and successful.
