BeGlobal

Globalisation has generated interactions at the economic, political, social and technological levels, and with it major challenges that require processes of adaptation and the acquisition of tools that enable professionals to become «global citizens». Universities, and society in general, have a fundamental role to play in this transformation. BeGlobal aims to promote the internationalisation of higher education and active global citizenship in Colombia and Chile, and to contribute to social cohesion in the region. The BeGlobal project aims to provide training and implement case studies in the areas of «Global Citizenship» and «Internationalization for Society» using innovative teaching methods and educational gamification tools, particularly the «serious games» approach. To maximize its impact, the project will establish local partnerships to share its findings with the whole society.
