Beijing Pro Bono Foundation (PBF)

北京博能志愿公益基金会是由8名专业志愿者联合发起、众筹100名创始捐赠人、 经北京惠泽人公益发展中心和友成基金会孵化、北京市民政局于2016年12月6日批准设立的慈善组织，是中国大陆第一家专注于推动专业志愿服务的非公募基金会。 机构使命是引领专业力量、推动跨界合作、实践社会责任、促进社会创新。 通过三个战略实现使命：在与全球一致的专业志愿服务行业体系的基础上，构建“菠萝之家”线上线下互动的专业志愿服务管理平台、确立“IWILL”专业志愿服务标准品牌认证、发展和使命共情的专业志愿者队伍，在切实解决社会服务机构和社会企业专业人才匮乏的同时，推动中国Pro Bono参与全球社会创新浪潮。 博能的前身是惠泽人、友成基金会、Intel、爱立信、BSR、百度等联合创办的ICT专业志愿者联盟及中国专业志愿服务联益会。联益会曾得到宝马基金会、福特基金会、中国公益研究院、南都基金会等机构的支持。 愿景：专业志善，服务社会。 使命 ： ——引领 专业力量，实践社会责任； ——推动跨界合作，促进社会创新； ——共创美好社会。 业务范围： ——资助扶贫济困扶老救孤等公益项目 ——资助专业志愿领域的公益活动。 Beijing Pro Bono Foundation, co-founded by 8 pro bono champions and practitioner followed by up to 100 professionals with financial donations. Beijing Huizeren Volunteering Development Center and YouChange Foundation were instrumental to the final establishment of PBF, which was registered as an non-profit philanthropy organization with Beijing Civil Affair Bureau on 6 December 2016.
