Bellerophon

The Global Green Energy Sustainability (GES) project aims to promote environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, and community empowerment in underrepresented urban communities across California. Global GES leads worldwide development and implementation of comprehensive multidisciplinary programs that address the unique needs and challenges faced by our communities. Underrepresented inner cities in California face significant barriers to accessing clean energy, sustainable practices, and environmental education. These communities often bear a disproportionate burden of environmental pollution, lack access to green spaces, and are more vulnerable to the impacts of climate change. The current energy landscape in California exacerbates these issues, with low- income households and communities of color shouldering a higher energy burden.
