Our Purpose
Millions of young girls worldwide face barriers that limit their potential—poverty, conflict, gender-based violence, lack of education, and harmful cultural traditions. RiseHer Foundation stands as a beacon of hope, dedicated to transforming the lives of young girls in Northern Kenya, Northern Uganda, South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Somalia, Rwanda, Burundi, and Egypt—with a special focus on refugee and at-risk communities.
Founded by a survivor of displacement who was given the opportunity to rise through education, our organization is committed to paying it forward. Through a holistic, community-driven approach, we provide essential resources, mentorship, and advocacy to create sustainable change.
