Benchmark Corporate was established in 2011 to manage and co-ordinate the sale and acquisition of larger businesses. Benchmark was started in 1999 on the Gold Coast, and has grown over the years to become “Australia’s Business Brokers” with offices in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. In 2011 it became apparent that there was a need to establish a division of the company which focussed on the sale of businesses to larger acquirers – usually public companies, or entities seeking to list on the stock market. Our team of experienced brokers and advisors are experts in their field, and enjoy assisting in the acquisition or divestment of company shares, businesses or income producing assets.
