Co-founders, Abe Sahely, a former Partner @ Accenture Digital and Martin Halford, a global leader in smart legal contract technology, met in 2019. They immediately recognised their experiences were complimentary and they decided to put all their energies into building beNEXT together.
beNEXT has developed a multi-party smart contracts platform that simplifies workflows in an easy to use app.
beNEXT has identified property transactions, with their long chains of activity and many people involved, as broken.
Initially, through their channel partnership with the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, they are replacing all the traditional leasing and sales PDF forms used by +4,000 member agents. The secure solution makes it all transparent, speeding up the process and minimising errors.
The beNEXT solution is live and being used by agents in an exclusive trial at www.smartvicforms.com.au.
