In addition, advising Casham, a disruptive Mexican app-based lending start-up and a subscription based DTC start-up.

Deep hands-on experience of scaling and operating subscription businesses with up to 4.5 million active subscribers. Broad range of business areas covered, such as publishing, consumer package goods, asset management, entertainment, games, health products, supplements, wine clubs and collectibles. This includes lead generation, conversion, retention, referral programs, upsell and cross-sell for maximum LTV. Securing high customer satisfaction through sales system set up, UX optimization and market research, as well as innovative product development.
