Bentley Valuations & Advisory is the newly launched business of Fraser Bentley, a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute. Having recently reached the milestone of 25 years in the property industry coupled with the accelerator impact from Covid-19 on the Data Centre market, where he is Australia’s leading advisor to the major players in the sector, Fraser decided now is the right time to capitalise on this opportunity. The business will be providing the same high quality professional services in specialist valuations of Data Centres, plus Healthcare and Commercial. Additionally, specialist services will be provided in Transaction Management and Advisory (effectively agency) of Data Centres for both operational facilities and site acquisitions. Fraser is maintaining his close association with his most recent employer Urbis by providing contract services in a partnership approach as Lead Consultant of their Real Estate Advisory team.
