Benwu Studio

Founded in New York City 2012 by designer Hongchao Wang and Peng You. In the beginning, the collaboration between the design duo mainly focused on material experiment and craft research. In 2015, with design partners interior architect Ge Wei and Penglong Geng, Product Designer Qiyun Deng and Tian Ma joined forces, Benwu Stu­dio become a multi-disciplinary design consultancy with expertise and experience in product, set and interior design. The studio is currently based in Shanghai, Beijing and New York City. Since established, the studio had done a series of successful collaborative projects with clients such as Hermes, Vacheron Constantin, Cassina, Isabel Marant, Mini, BMW, Baccarat, Swarovski, Perrier Jouet, Remy Martin, Lane Crawford, UGG, Sealy, Immi, Petit h, CommeMoi, Common Gender, Particle Fever, MFK, SKP, Erdos, Secoo, Conde Nast and Gaga.
