Better Tomorrow Services aims to work with participants and their families, Foster Carers, Support Coordinators, Support Works and NGOs to create a safe place for them where their emotional, physical and psychological needs are understood and met to ensure their quality of life is not impacted by their trauma history, diagnosis, experiences, or their disability.
This is done through conducting a thorough behaviour assessment to investigate the function of the behaviours and the needs the Participant is trying to meet and enable them to meet those needs without the use of challenging behaviours.
