Footsteps Community Services is a family-owned, for-purpose organisation that is passionate about enabling people to live their best life. We provide therapy, support coordination, positive behaviour support, respite, community nursing, and other similar services to individuals, families and organisations throughout South East QLD and the wider Australian community.
We work with clients of all ages and adopt a holistic, evidence-based approach in our mission to empower and assist our clients in increasing their independence and achieving their goals.
Founded in 2017, Footsteps is a registered NDIS service provider. We regularly work with government departments and agencies including Child Safety and Disability Services, Youth Justice, the Attorney General's Victim Assist, and secure mental health rehabilitation units. Footsteps also works with state-based insurance schemes such as the TAC (Victoria) and the NIISQ (Queensland).
