(Deliverables: RFP, moderated demos and moderated selection workshop; 3-6 months) If you’ve got a whip-smart copy and design team that just need to know a little more about the creative quirks of email marketing, I do that, too – a one-hour lunch ‘n’ learn (you bring the lunch, I’ll bring the learn) or a workshop with your team, paired with the audit/strategic planning above. (Deliverable: presentation/training session, 1-8 hours) We can also take a much bigger look at your data architecture. I draw maps of all the (1st party) data you have, where it lives, how (or if) it’s connected, whether it should be, if you have duplicate systems, etc. Better yet: I draw you a future state map of what it *should* look like and give you a prioritized Task List of how to get there, whether it’ll take 1 year or 5. I love this one because it gets more than just marketing and sales involved – we’ll do a discovery with your tech and info services teams, too, and not just say what we WANT or NEED but what takes priority and what’s required in order to get started.
