Bettman Consulting Group, LLC. provides high-touch advisory services and coaching experiences to organizations around the world. We specialize in helping individuals, teams, and organizations navigate change whether due to acquisition, restructuring, or a desire to elevate the existing culture to be more aligned with the needs of their workforce (e.g. creating a more inclusive culture). We believe the brilliance is in the individual, the team, and the organizations we work with. Therefore, we meet our clients where they are while never losing sight of where they want to go. We can bring tools and assessments, but we prefer to leverage what already exists and is available to our clients. We believe that small, seemingly insignificant changes, can make an incredible impact. So, though we love our aforementioned tools, models, and assessments, we hold a coaching stance and support our clients in choosing the actions they believe will make a difference and support them in taking those actions. We believe that in change, especially culture change, it pays to go slow to go fast. We create space and give the experience of slowing things down, so that our clients have the conversations they need to have to ensure success. We recognize that any overt action taken too quickly can risk appearing performative and can have the opposite impact than intended. By slowing things down, we ensure that any change is meaningful, actionable, and sustainable.
