The services we provide include:
Primary Medical Care for homeless people, people in unstable or temporary accommodation, refugees or those seeking asylum and others who find it hard to access the healthcare and support they need.
Inward and Outreach Services including street health team, intermediate care for homeless people being discharged from hospital and hospital in-reach for homeless or inadequately housed people in acute hospital settings.
Wellbeing: Non medical services for Bevan Healthcare patient populations to help improve health, wellbeing and to lead to more fulfilled lives.
