We navigate the space between industry and the public sector through four key services: Business planning: We’ve written specific and fully resourced organisational business plans, and develop investment cases for clean tech sectors in the UK and internationally. Policy advice: We advise governments and agencies to assess barriers to change and draw on our extensive experience to recommend policies that make sense in the local context. We are skilled at comparative policy evaluation, and build on a selection of the most effective international examples to recommend bespoke interventions that address clients’ Project management: We bring a structured and diligent approach that makes complex challenges straightforward, de-risking innovation and technology Stakeholder engagement: We facilitate conversation and convene people to solve problems, routinely engaging with stakeholder groups and experts to gather their insights and build a narrative that animates their ideas. We use different facilitation techniques to encourage people to share their thoughts and meaningfully participate in decision-making.
