Beyond Ordinary facilitates training courses to develop Health and Social Care Professionals to provide rights informed supports. Our mission is to ensure adults with an intellectual disability can live lives of their choosing as defined by their own decisions. Are you a health and social care professional who wants to do radically rights based work? We are recruiting change makers. We are piloting a new train the facilitator course called Flip the Script. Flip the Script is an evidence based model of group facilitation. The Flip the Script Model creates a space for adults with intellectual disability to develop their decision making skills. You will learn how to welcome mistakes, risk and support people to experience real life experiences through a structured, evidence based approach.
