Beyond Barriers Specialist Support Services was founded in 2023 with a mission to provide personalised business support and virtual assistance to professionals with a range of disabilities. We specialise in working with Neurodiverse workers and aim to empower individuals—whether employed or self-employed, diagnosed or undiagnosed—to overcome workplace challenges and establish ways of working that will support them to unlock their full potential. Through our tailored services, including coaching, administrative support, and virtual assistance, we help clients thrive in their careers. In addition, we offer workplace training to help organisations create inclusive environments, as well as training for virtual assistants who are looking to work with clients with disabilities directly, or through the UK Access to Work scheme. Through the UK’s Access to Work scheme, we may be able to provide fully funded support, ensuring that everyone has the resources they need to succeed.
