BFM Foundation Canada is a registered Canadian charity headquartered in Newmarket, Ontario. The Foundation is the Support Centre to 50+ Mission Thrift Store locations across the nation providing operational, financial, marketing, technological and governance support within 6 regions, and is overseen by a Volunteer Board of Directors. Mission Thrift Store is a non-profit, volunteer-driven, thrift retailer that transforms gently used goods into funds that support faith-based programs such as adult literacy, child development, church-planting and persecuted church ministry, in over 40 countries, including Canada, through its Joint Ministry with Bible League Canada. Since 1989, Mission Thrift Store and BFM Foundation Canada has contributed over $126M to Bible League Canada’s global ministry.
