The Housing Pathway is designed to meet the diverse needs of our customers by offering the flexibility to move through our accommodation offers and into tenancies. This non-linear structure ensures tenants can maintain a stable home even if they are facing challenges in living independently – by taking a proactive approach, we aim to prevent homelessness and provide essential support.
Our Community Support & Outreach Services are essential in building relationships and trust with our customers and the homeless community. Through specialist teams such as the Rough Sleeper Outreach Team, Orchid Women’s Services, and Hanley Connect, we work with partners to deliver both emotional and practical support to customers, encouraging them to break the cycle and begin their journey to a more fulfilled, independent life.
