📖 About Us – Book in Hand Campaign (BHC India) Empowering Communities Through Free Access to Books The Book in Hand Campaign (BHC India) is a youth-led social initiative under the CELL Foundation, committed to fostering a reading culture by providing free and open access to books for everyone.
