Empowering Communities Through Free Access to Books
The Book in Hand Campaign (BHC India) is a youth-led social initiative under the CELL Foundation, committed to fostering a reading culture by providing free and open access to books for everyone. Our mission is to make books more accessible, especially to students and communities, without any fee or security deposit—relying solely on mutual trust and cooperation.
📚 Our Free Open Book Libraries
We operate multiple libraries across Delhi, allowing readers to borrow books for 1 to 2 weeks and return them after use.
1️⃣ Gandhi Vihar Library
📍 Location: Yoga Park, E Block, Gandhi Vihar, Near Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi 110009

2️⃣ Vijay Nagar Library
📍 Location: 4 Block Park, Beside NDMC Primary School, Near Meera Bai Park, Vijay Nagar, Delhi 110009
