Behavioral Health & Leadership Dynamics, LLC, (BHLD) located in Baltimore, Maryland, was founded in 1995 as Behavioral Healthcare Consulting and Leadership Dynamics Group by Margaret McCraw, MBA, BCC, LCSW-C. BHLD is dedicated to providing consulting, coaching and training using a whole-system approach to increase performance through greater alignment and commitment of human resources.
