As the 21st century unfolds, we are entering the fourth industrial revolution (aka Industry 4.0). New technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), 3D printing are changing diseases diagnostics as well as the way drugs are designed and manufactured. Moreover, new gene editing and sequencing technologies (e.g., CRISPR/Cas9, NGS) drive a more personalised approach to medicine, exemplified by the emergence of new treatments for rare genetic disorders and deadly cancers (e.g. MSC, CAR-T cells). BioConsult4.0 is a consulting company born from the realisation that it is often difficult for researchers from small structures (e.g., startups, academic laboratories) to carry their research efforts while keeping up with the fast pace of scientific discoveries and technological innovations. Therefore, our goal at BioConsutl4.0 is to help our clients advance their preclinical and clinical research by providing insights on the latest scientific discoveries and the way they could leverage the latest technological innovations to advance their research.
