Help to bridge the gap from grants to institutional funding, known as the “Valley of Death”. BioCrowd provides a collaborative forum and community to help democratize how clinical research is funded, how knowledge is shared and the capital and resources that accelerate and monetize intellectual property (IP) innovation and an easier distribution of life changing ownership/royalties for biotech and healthcare innovations along the life of the IP. Through our biotech accelerator platform, scientists and researchers can find funding faster, connect directly with patients and other experts and ultimately accelerate the discovery of potential lifesaving new drugs. And this is done with a more iterative economic alignment. We provide a marketplace for investing in IP rights and for future cash flows as an issuer and an investment vehicle using SEC-compliant private securities. Our startup team at BioCrowd is developing a decentralized open-science (DeSci) marketplace accelerator that is innovating with an equity or royalty tokenized blockchain platform connecting leading early-stage companies and medical researchers with investors, community, and patients. Companies and projects have an opportunity to raise capital, reward early collaborators or patient groups with valuable tokens by equity or revenue share royalties and/or obtain non-dilutive funding. We are looking for projects to apply for funding now, and also apply as an expert or as a contributor.
