About bioRESTART Project
BIORESTART set up an Innovative, original, and Sustainable technology aimed at valorizing fresh vegetable agro-food waste and by-products by recovering bioactive compounds using an enzyme-assisted extraction process. The extraction process allows producing ingredients/components to be used for several products: nutraceuticals, and plant protection products. Besides the components, we can also offer consulting services on the valorization of vegetable bio-waste to agro-food companies, based on our scientific competences.
