The Introduction to Biosecurity course provides an introduction to biosecurity and pandemic preparedness, the impact of emerging technologies such as AI on risks, relevant interventions, and next steps you can take to contribute to the field.
The initial online version will run 7th July - 3rd August 2025. Each week consists of ~1.5 hours of readings followed by a 1.5 hour facilitated discussion session.
This course was created by Lin Bowker-Lonnecker (co-founder of Oxford Biosecurity Group) as a community resource.
