We provide coaching and mentorship for professionals at all stages—connecting emerging talent and experienced leaders through thoughtful, peer-aligned guidance.
Our work includes strategic collaborations on medtech and biopharma education, as well as ethics-centered technology design. We're also home to The Real Cat (TRC) AI Labs, an academic research platform exploring morally and culturally aligned AI systems for clinical, regulatory, and educational use.
