Biotech Mentor is a collaborative initiative aligned with Northeastern University affiliates, offering career development support and research innovation in life sciences, MedTech, and biotech. We provide coaching and mentorship for professionals at all stages—connecting emerging talent and experienced leaders through thoughtful, peer-aligned guidance. Our work includes strategic collaborations on medtech and biopharma education, as well as ethics-centered technology design. We're also home to The Real Cat (TRC) AI Labs, an academic research platform exploring morally and culturally aligned AI systems for clinical, regulatory, and educational use. We exist at the intersection of coaching, learning science, and ethical innovation—building tools and networks to shape the future of life sciences with intention.
