MiKro dPCR System® is a micro-droplet-based DNA analysis system that consists of a TGR-100 Droplet generator that produces micro-droplets and TAS-100 Droplet Analyzer and other consumables for analysis of the thermal cyclers and micro-droplets required for nucleic acid amplification. The TGR-100 Droplet Generator forms about 20,000 micro-droplets with a micrometer size of 1nL of a solution containing nucleic acid extract and primer, and the formed micro-droplet is amplified only by a thermal cycler. After the amplification process, the micro-droplet measures and digitizes individual fluorescence signals by the TAS-100 Droplet Analyzer and calculates and displays quantitative concentration values by dividing them into positive and negative signals.
