Naieel Technology produces Boron Nitride Nanotubes (BNNT) powder. Due to its excellent material properties, it will be a core nanomaterial for the 4th Industrial Revolution used for IT/IoT, space/nuclear, bio-medical, and energy, etc. While production capability and impurity of BNNT are major concerns currently, we are able to produce up to sub-kg/day with a single pilot module, and purification of BNNT up to 95% is now available. In addition to this raw BNNT powder, we developed 1) BNNT dispersed polymer based electrically insulating thermal materials, 2) BNNT based piezoelectric sensors/device, energy harvesting system 3) 3-D printable environment friendly-shape flexible polymer composite based radiation shields.
