The BioTrans® System offers a solution for recycling food waste that is both economic and ecological. The system is used in professional kitchens, canteens, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, retirement and nursing homes and other institutions. The BioMaster® feeding station converts the incurred residues (incl. frying oil, coffee dregs, etc.) into a homogeneous biomass. This biomass pumped through a closed system into a BioTank. From there it is transported on a regular basis (4-6 weeks) to anaerobic digester (biogas plant) and recycled. This innovative method can be used to produce environmentally friendly, renewable energy from catering waste!
