We are a group of young volunteers who are passionate about design, technology and how these elements are able to integrate into volunteering work. All of our members are volunteers from different backgrounds and we aim to give everyone an opportunity to learn from each other.
There are 5 key objectives that the interest group sets to achieve:
1. Making STEAM education content and courses more available and affordable for everyone.
2. To create a collaborative work-space for public to co-learn through hands-on building and repairing of household items.
3. Partnership: Enable accessibility for residents to enabling equipment like 3D printers, laser cutters and routers that are otherwise not found in a typical household to assist in the reparations and creations.
4. To empower volunteers with necessary the skills that utilize user-centric approach and new technologies to better the livelihood residents in Singapore.
5. Be a leader in pioneering the maker culture in the Pioneer constituency.
