Mental Health and wellness can be optimal to taking charge of your life and reaching your fullest potential. We provide 8 free one-on-one sessions with a provider of color to talk about current or past thoughts, feelings and experiences around issues such as masculinity; work/life balance; & relationship/family struggles. The goal of therapy is to help achieve enhanced well-being through positive changes in behaviors, beliefs and emotions.
We provide safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive spaces for men of color to share their similar struggles, frustrations, fears, questions, and uncertainties around any area of life with their peers. We want men to be able to experience the power of surrounding yourself with other men who are committed to healing. Groups are led by a specially trained therapist facilitator to help you feel more supported and less alone.
