Participated as a lawyer, advisor, broker, lender and investor in many notable real estate transactions in both up and down markets. Broad experience and track record bring dynamic hands-on experience in all facets of real estate investment and ownership, including, acquisitions, dispositions, development, operations, construction, property management, leasing, finance, brokerage and legal. Representative clients and partners include publicly traded single-tenant, multi-tenant and apartment REITs, brokerages, investment vehicles, private equity firms, large institutions, family offices, hedge funds, endowments, on balance-sheet lenders (money center and community banks and LifeCos), and CMBS Special and Master Servicers. Distressed Assets & Opportunities: Deep experience in identifying, resolving, repositioning, rehabbing, and recapitalizing distressed real estate assets, including, debt and equity solutions, loan modifications, discounted payoffs, AB note restructures, receiverships, non-judicial foreclosures and whole loan sales.
