•Originate multi-family, manufactured housing community, and other commercial real estate debt via the following platforms, with a focus on HUD Loans: -Fannie Mae -Freddie Mac -FHA -Debt funds -CMBS •Equip Economic Development Departments, locally and state-wide, with tools to attract employers, developers, and end users. •Business consulting focused on building sustainable organizations. Analyzing turnover, recruiting talent, examining marketing/messaging, and building cohesive management teams. •Consult executives and public officials to accomplish strategic initiatives, build better teams, and improve their personal brand •Establish training exercises to congeal teams, improve knowledge, and facilitate better information flow. •Investor looking to purchase/assume commercial real estate notes, properties, and other income producing opportunities.
