About Business Leaders for Diverse Abilities at Michigan Ross
Disability affinity club at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. BLDA, Business Leaders for Diverse Abilities, at Ross aims to foster community, raise awareness, and advocate for people with visible and invisible disabilities in the Ross School of Business community and the broader professional business world. In addition, we promote allyship, which involves creating a safe and inclusive space for Ross faculty, staff, and MBA peers to learn about differences in abilities, such as cognitive, social-emotional, sensory, physical, and learning abilities. We believe that allies, including caretakers and individuals with loved ones who identify as disabled, can be an invaluable source of support, both in the classroom and the boardroom.
