Blindsight LLC is a leadership coaching and strategic HR advisory services firm based in Tulsa, OK. It was founded by Terri Lowell, a Human Resources executive who has spent more than 30 years working in HR in corporate America. Throughout her career, Terri has partnered with hundreds of people helping them to accelerate their personal development, career growth and business results. She has been a trusted advisor and a leader of HR teams at some of Corporate America's best known companies - Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, PepsiCo and BP Amoco. Terri has also observed the less pleasant aspects of corporate life - ineffective leaders, dysfunctional teams, intense competition, internal politics and fear...….of failure, of speaking up, of not fitting in, of job loss. Along the way, Terri learned how to conquer fear, quiet anxiety and achieve amazing results by understanding how the brain is wired. Applying this science to leadership changed her world. She now wishes to share her experience and expertise with others and, in doing so, transform the world of work. Her mission is clear -- to end suffering in the workplace. Terri earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, an MA from the University of Illinois and a BA from the University of Delaware.
