Bloom Mediator Mentoring

We are experienced mediators with a range of specialisms and backgrounds. We offer a space for discussion as well as group and individual mentoring, support and supervision. (See below for more information) This is for any mediator looking for empowerment and focus. We offer a sounding board, reflection or more structured direction. It doesn’t matter if you are newly qualified or with many mediations under your belt, we are here to provide whatever you require to drive your mediation practice forward. Services: - Free monthly discussion group for mediators - discuss trends, ideas, challenges, and successes and receive support from fellow mediators. - One-off debriefing sessions following a mediation - a call to talk through your reflections on your mediation, process what took place and feel ready for the next one! - 'Prep, Check & Reflect' - are you new to mediation or new to the issues involved? Perhaps you had a tricky case which knocked your confidence? This service offers a preparation call before your mediation, check-ins during the mediation, and a reflection call to debrief afterwards. You can feel confidentially supported without needing a co-mediator to facilitate with you. - Mentoring sessions - focussed on your mediation practice and processes to support the growth of your business. - Group reflective practice - small group action learning sets to focus on a particular topic or challenge, discussed with your group at your monthly meetings. - Collaborative supervision - structured enhanced development for mediators with an experienced mediator to help you grow your practice and develop your skills and confidence.
