The Blue Devils Athletic Club is a Toronto based running club that provides event specific training for athletes competing in Cross Country, Track & Field and Road Racing. The organization uses proper training protocols that are recognized by Athletics Canada's Long Term Athlete Development model (LTAD) which highlights vital stages for maximizing trainability. We specialize in athletes ages 6-60+ years. Athletes are broken into 3 main training groups - FUNdamentals (ages 4-13), Developmental (ages 13-18), and Adult (ages 30+). and follow the long term athlete development program (LTAD). Our focus is to have athletes reach their full potential and achieve their individual goals. Staying true to the roots of our program, FUN will always remain an important measure of success!!
