Le origini del Blumen Group risalgono agli anni ’20, quando il suo fondatore mosse i primi passi in un mercato ancora unbranded. Da allora molta strada è stata fatta ed oggi Blumen Group, dopo anni e anni di esperienza, può fregiarsi del titolo di protagonista nel mercato delle sementi per l’orto ed il giardino, sia nel settore hobbistico sia in quello professionale.
Gli ultimi 20 anni sono stati determinanti nella crescita del Gruppo, che oggi rappresenta un esempio di polo di aggregazione di piccole e medie aziende del settore, riconosciute come eccellenze italiane.
Nel 2017 Blumen Group, ha acquistato Samen Mauser A.G, azienda sementiera leader in Svizzera,con un vasto portafoglio che comprende sementi per fiori e ortaggi, bulbi e articoli da giardinaggio.
Il 23 ottobre 2023 Sipcam Oxon S.p.A. ha acquisito il 100% di Blumen Group S.p.A., compresa la società controllata svizzera Samen Mauser. Sipcam Oxon è un gruppo industriale privato italiano e opera da oltre 75 anni nella produzione e commercializzazione di agrofarmaci, intermedi chimici, prodotti biologici, biostimolanti, regolatori di crescita delle piante, fertilizzanti e sementi destinate al mondo dell’agricoltura.
