The Boardroom Bound® program is an award winning 501(c)(3) national organization that represents an paradigm-changing innovation* in the way next generation business leaders are prepared and selected for board governance in the 21st century. BOARDOLOGY™ INSTITUTE The training and education arm of the Boardroom Bound program. It features group training seminars and workshops as well as both individualized and customized coaching activities all of which are designed to produce a common outcome: Highly qualified and diverse director-candidates for board governance leadership. NATIONAL CANDIDATE DATABASE© Once training and coaching activities have been completed, leaders' information is entered into the National Candidate Database. The database is a tool utilized by the Candidate Referral Service to house the candidates qualified to interview for a board appointment. NATIONAL CANDIDATE REFERRAL SERVICE The candidate promotion arm of the Boardroom Bound program. Currently use the services of Carrington & Carrington, a Chicago-based Executive Search firm for assistance in vetting candidates.
