Based in Brisbane, the Bodytrack team are university qualified experts in exercise, health and fitness and are dedicated to the knowledge and provision of innovative exercise programs that are right for you. We prescribe exercise under four branches: Chronic Conditions and Rehabilitation Everyday Health and Fitness Corporate Health Performance We operate on an appointment only basis which gives you the luxury of training in a private studio and not having to worry about waiting for machines or training in front of a lot of people. We take the time to get to know you and your body before prescribing a health solution that is right for you and your lifestyle.
